Celebrating Professionalism & Togetherness: Guardian Townhall Meeting and Halal bi Halal DFI

On 10 April 2025, PT DFI Retail Nusantara held a special event that combined the spirit of professionalism and the value of togetherness. The event started with Guardian Townhall Meeting at SSC Ballroom 5th Floor, followed by Halal bi Halal, and the awarding of Caring Passionately Awards (CPA) Yearly.

This Townhall was different as it coincided with the Eid atmosphere. All colleagues attended in Muslim
attire, creating a warm and family-like atmosphere. Although relaxed, the Guardian Townhall Meeting
remains an important forum to convey the company's achievements and strategies to face the dynamics of the health and beauty retail industry.

One of the key moments in the Townhall was the CPA Yearly award, which was given to outstanding
colleagues as a token of appreciation for their dedication and value. Here are the names of the CPA award winners:

• Umi Zarah ($500)
• Fitri Damayanti ($100)
  

These awards are expected to inspire the entire team to continue practising DFI's values.

The event continued with Halal bi Halal, attended by all colleagues including Hadrianus Wahyu Trikusumo President Director and Anna Hull - Managing Director.This moment strengthened the relationship and reinforced mutual respect.The event concluded with a group lunch, emphasising the value of synergy and togetherness. DFI hopes that this activity will be the first step towards a more solid future full of collaborative spirit.
