People Month 2025

People Month 2025 was held again as a form of appreciation and commitment from the company in
creating a positive and empowering work environment. Throughout the month, various activities were
designed to strengthen relationships between team members, build a spirit of collaboration, and
encourage a balance between productivity and individual well-being.

With the theme Creating Possibilities, this year's People Month highlights the importance of utilising
technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve team members performance. The theme is a
reminder that the best potential of each individual can be achieved with the support of innovation and
adaptation to the times.

The series of activities presented were very diverse, ranging from inspirational sessions with DFI leaders, mindfulness with Santosha, to interactive activities such as the Criss Cross Puzzle Game and DFI Learn-opoly which combines learning and games in a fun way. All these activities are designed to create a positive and collaborative growth space for all employees.

People Month 2025 is proof that well-being, engagement and talent development are an important part
of DFI's work culture. Through these activities, the company continues to encourage a work environment that is not only productive, but also fun and full of a spirit of togetherness.
