IKEA Indonesia Wins “Best Customer Experience Award” at Global Sources Indonesia Top Retailer Awards 2025

IKEA Indonesia has been honoured with the Best Customer Experience Award at Global Sources Indonesia Top Retailer Awards 2025, held as part of the celebration of 6th National Retail Day (HRN 2025) and 31st anniversary of Indonesian Retail Entrepreneurs Association (APRINDO).

The award ceremony was attended by prominent figures from the country’s retail industry. Charlie Landale, Managing Director, IKEA Indonesia, was present to receive the award on 26 September.
