PT Rumah Mebel Nusantara (IKEA Indonesia) has been honored with the Best Customer Experience
Award at Global Sources Indonesia Top Retailer Awards 2025, held as part of the celebration of 6 th
National Retail Day (HRN 2025) and 31st anniversary of Indonesian Retail Entrepreneurs Association
(APRINDO).
The award ceremony was organized by Global Sources Indonesia in collaboration with APRINDO and was attended by prominent figures from national retail industry. Charlie Landale, Managing Director IKEA Indonesia, was present to receive the award on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Jakarta Convention Center.
Charlie stated that IKEA believes an exceptional customer experience starts with inspired co-workers and a collaborative work environment. He also expressed his gratitude to the entire team for their dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm in continuously creating a better everyday life for many people.
