A Month of Laughter, Care, and Connection
As we celebrate World Mental Health Day, we look back on our Wellbeing Month — a moment to move, connect, and care for ourselves and one another.
Through this series of activities, we stayed active, strengthened our bond as a team, and were reminded that self-care is an act of love — inspiring us to keep our body and mind balanced so we can perform our best at work.
