Team Member Value Propsition (TMVP): Creating a Better Future for Everyone

On Friday, February 28, DFI officially launched the Team Member Value Proposition (TMVP) in all markets where we operate. TMVP is an important milestone designed by and for our team members. Through focus groups, workshops, and surveys, we developed a TMVP that reflects the real experience of working at DFI: impact, career growth, and the opportunity to thrive through challenges.

The TMVP will be a primary guide for us as we embark on this new chapter, helping us stay true to DFI's
identity while evolving towards a better future. We want to ensure every team member feels appreciated, supported and has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
